At The Rustic Cowgirl, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy within 30 days of your purchase.

Defective Items

For items found to have manufacturing defects, The Rustic Cowgirl will cover the cost of replacement. To initiate a replacement request, please provide a valid invoice/receipt and photographic evidence of the defect. Send these details to support@therusticcowgirl.com.
Examples of manufacturing defects include zipper issues, loose stitching, faulty hardware, or embellishments.

Warranty Exclusion

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, color transfers, pet damage, moisture discoloration, lost or stolen items, or damage from exposure to chemicals.
Additionally, we do not provide warranties for reading glasses or sunglasses.

Requesting a Return/Exchange:

Attach a clear photo of the item, highlighting any defects if applicable.
Indicate your desired outcome (e.g., store credit, replacement, or refund).
After your request is approved, securely pack the item and the included form.
Use an insured and traceable shipping method when returning the item. The Rustic Cowgirl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
